"I always have time for whatever I'm committed to." -- Master Your Focus

"I schedule my priorities." -- Master Your Focus

Such simple statements, and so much value contained here. Everything I am learning about delivering completed work hinges on these two statements.

You first make a determination what your values are--I always have time for whatever I'm committed to. And next, you build your schedule around that--I schedule my priorities.

It really is that simple. Don't over-complicate it. Don't add to it. Simply DO that.
