Giving Away Time

"You wouldn't give your money away to everyone who asks for it, so don't give away your time either." --Master Your Focus

Never thought about time like this. Most people are killing or wasting time, but would they do the same with money as often as they do it with time? Unlikely. Yet, apps, games, social media, etc. are all provide ample opportunities to do this. They are not inherently bad in themselves, but you must have boundaries around them. Put the guardrails on and limit them appropriately.
